Cancelation and Refund Policy
First Float Arrival
New Float participants MUST arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
Any late participants that do not arrive 30 minutes prior will need to reschedule.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the local spa. Please be advised that we require 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation/rescheduling flat fee of $25.
There is a No-Show (no call nor visit prior to the arrival time) flat fee of $49 or redemption of a member benefit, gift card or other promotional offer that would have been used for the scheduled appointment.
If multiple bookings are held under the same credit card, all canceled or no show appointments will be made on that one card.
Credit cards or other means of payment, such as a gift card, that are taken at time of booking are not charged prior to your appointment — they are used to hold the reservation and for our cancellation policy.
All membership cancellations need to be sent in writing to the local spa or submitted via the client portal.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds on past floats, memberships, packages, or gift cards.
All packages expire 6 months after purchase.
There are no refunds on packages or memberships.
Membership floats remain active for the duration of the membership.
Membership floats will expire 6 months after the date of cancellation.

This is not a money back guarantee.
Payment will not be collected if the first float is unsatisfactory.
There are no refunds if using a pre-paid float.
Gift Cards, Memberships & Promotional Offers – Terms & Conditions
All gift cards, memberships, promotional offers, and prepaid payment methods are sold by and remain the sole responsibility of the individual franchise location where they were purchased. Each True REST location operates as an independent business under True REST brand standards.
Redemption
Most purchases may be redeemed brand-wide at participating locations. Select promotions are location-specific and valid only at the issuing location. Redemptions are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the individual promotion or package.
Expiration
Paid Gift Cards: Do not expire for a minimum of five (5) years from purchase date, or longer if required by state law.
Promotional Offers & Vouchers: Expire six (6) months from issuance date unless otherwise stated.
Memberships: Governed by the membership agreement terms.
Location Availability
In the event that a location becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable, redemption of location-specific prepaid payment methods is at the sole discretion of each remaining franchise location. While many locations may voluntarily honor location-specific services purchased elsewhere as a courtesy, they are under no obligation to do so.
