Epsom Salts are great for your skin, hair, nails, and act as an exfoliate. They aid in joint pain, ease stress, and naturally relax the body. Magnesium (commonly missing from our diets) is absorbed through the skin, while Sulfate eliminates toxins and heavy metals, naturally detoxing the body.

Welcome to floating, which can provide up to 100% pain relief. The spine naturally elongates and straightens, and the body undergoes the same regeneration process that transpires during sleep. Lactic acid is drained from the muscles, reducing soreness and recovery time.

Taking an hour of alone time (meditation), will decrease the production of cortisone, a stress hormone, leaving us feeling refreshed and serene after the float. The brain enters an elusive theta brain-wave state, associated with deep sleep and dreaming.

The near-weightless environment of floating allows for the muscles and joints of the body to relax, increasing blood flow and helping to more quickly repair muscle tissues and heal the body.

Floating gives your immune system the opportunity to shift into a higher gear and our bodies physically rest and recover more quickly in a floatation tank, up to four times faster, in fact. This means that you can train yourself harder and reap the benefits of slower recovery times with the use of a float tank.

The lack of external stimuli is extremely rare in modern society. Floating offers and unparalleled psychological benefit of a feeling of inner peace, and is a perfect complement to many alternative wellness regimens.

Sensory deprivation allows the mind to enter into the theta state supporting an increase in feelings of creativity, improved sleep patterns and incredible feelings of euphoria and mental relaxation.

  • My first float was amazing and beyond any possible idea/ expectations I had. I am recovering from breast cancer and have quite a bit of pain and inflammation in my left arm, breast, and pictorial muscle. I also suffer from chronic pain in my neck and tight shoulders. The Float Spa was clean, welcoming and the staff was so helpful and courteous. The process was very well explained (loved the little video in the beginning) and I felt comfortable and at ease. The float itself was amazing; being held in water is very healing and I could feel my muscles relax and release. When I finished my float, I was able to move my arm better than before and had significantly less pain. I absolutely would recommend to anyone suffering from chronic pain, post operation (healed of course), PTSD, etc. I felt lighter, more relaxed and rejuvenated and I absolutely will be going back again. This is a necessary gift in self care.

First visit was this passed Tuesday. I had mentioned floating to my wife a while back in passing. She went out of her comfort zone and gifted me a session, which lead to a membership, for our anniversary. She loved everything about this location. The staff, cleanliness, oxygen bar, every single aspect. Highly recommend to any and all considering a float session. You will be hooked. Felt amazing immediately after. Became tired later in the day, but it appears to be normal. I'll see how we feel after the third session since that appears to be when you hit your stride in floating.

So I just had my first float a week ago. I will be going back! When I first walked in I was greeted by Jacqueline. She is just wonderful and her customer service is top notch!. I was a bit nervous but she cared so much about my first time experience and she took the time to answer all my questions and set me at ease. She gave me some helpful tips from her own experiences in floating. She and Holly spent time talking to me after to see what I could learn from my time floating and what might work better for me. They both are just a breath of fresh air in how they took care of me. Now I am not sure how much better it can get. I slept for roughly 40 minutes. I felt like the would was shut off for the whole hour. Like all the white noise in the world was gone. It had been a stressful day up to that point and I felt recharged and ready to go after my float. The facilities are clean and it is a very relaxing environment . Every effort is made to to make the whole time a peaceful and calming experience. The attention to detail is exceptional!

Really enjoyed the experience here! True Rest Gilbert has a very chill atmosphere that helped me achieve full relaxation from the time I stepped in the door until the time I left. The room you get with the pod has a very ambient feel and helps with the complete immersion when doing float therapy. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I've been in constant chronic pain since 2008 and, after trying everything to get out of pain without success, I went into my float without any expectations. I spoke to Earle on the phone and Steven at the location and they were both knowledgeable, kind, encouraging and very welcoming. Both men seemed to believe in the benefits of the float and didn't come off as employees with a job to do but more guides to help me get comfortable with the idea of the float and it put me at ease. The room itself has everything you might need for this experience. Steven showed me the steps to follow, pointed out the earplugs and towels. One is a washcloth and is available to wipe away salt water during the soak to avoid salt in the eyes. He showed me where to keep it so it was available and where it wouldn't get wet. I was happy to have it during the soak and wiped my face a couple of times and never experienced salt in my eyes, thankfully! They were smart to think of this! The room was very clean, the shower got warm quickly. They had all the shampoo, conditioner and wash on the wall in a dispenser. They require that you shower and wash your hair and body but hold off on the conditioner until after the experience and experience it was! I loved it! The water temperature in the pod was perfect and I quickly felt comfortable. Steven had shown me the controls before we started so I knew that, if I needed anything, I could push the monitor to talk to him from the pod. There was also a button to control light inside of the pod, all colors soothing and soft. There was a third button but I can't remember what that one is for. All buttons were easy to find in the dark but I did select a light color to float by. Steven told me I would know the float was over by the jets being turned on in the pod. There's no voice to break the mood, just gentle bubbles indicating the experience was ending. I took another shower to remove the salt and then entered another room that had hair dryers, disposable combs, and q-tips. Here you can reapply makeup, whatever you want. The float was glorious. No cell phones, no one needing mom and NO PAIN! I knew I would have at least an hour without pain but didn't expect it to last after the float was over, but it did. Amazingly, it did. Earle set me up with hot tea and the oxygen bar when I was done and I sat and relaxed without pain. I had no pain for an additional hour and reduced pain for the evening. I had a shock this morning when I opened my eyes and didn't feel the horrible pain that has haunted me since 2008! I was shocked, completely shocked. Steven suggested that I plan more floats as soon as I can to try to expand the results and I agreed. There was no pressure but I did join a membership. I am hoping for a change in the pain level in my life and this one experience has given me hope! I feel so lucky to have tried True Rest! My results have been nothing short of amazing! I have gotten better results from an hour in the pod than I have from injections and trying Stem cells. Thanks, Earle and Steven and True Rest!

I am the all or nothing kind of person... So I was not sure what to expect on the first visit. I went all in and had the music and the light off in no time , total darkness, no sound , it was amazing. took a little while to settle into getting used to the water but once I was set I had a great experience.

Went into True Rest for my very first ever float session. May I say it was one of the most relaxing things I've personally ever done for my own health. From stress relief to overall wellbeing. The receptionist at the time was Alyssa and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definite recommendation!

I had a wonderful experience at True Rest Float Spa in Gilbert. I live in the UK and travel to the USA several times each year. It is a 10 hour flight and 8 hour time difference so the jet lag is normally pretty tough. I had a float the day after I arrived and it was amazing. I was deeply relaxed and very peaceful in a way I can’t remember experiencing before. I felt great and slept really well over the following few nights. I adjusted to the time zone faster than normal and the effects of jet lag were minimal. I was impressed by the beautiful environment in the spa and fantastic staff, who were very friendly and helpful. It is beautifully decorated and feels very calm and peaceful. It was spotlessly clean too which I liked. I enjoyed a nice herbal tea in the oxygen bar after. I booked myself another float for the day I flew back to the UK and had another wonderful, relaxing experience. I then slept the best ever on an overnight flight and adjusted back to UK time with the least jet lag I have had in over 20 trips. I felt great and the combination of the relaxation and whatever they put in the water had a very positive effect on me. I will definitely visit the float spa next time I am in the US and use it upon arrival and before departure as it made a huge difference to how I felt and was a very pleasurable experience. All the good things they say about the float spa are true! Thank you to the great team in Gilbert who made me so welcome.

My wife and I decided to try a deprivation tank in an attempt to release stress and muscle tension. After reading reviews on line, we chose TrueRest and it was amazing. When we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff as well as calming sounds and smells. After filling out paperwork and going through a quick tour, the adventure began. Upon entering the pod you are amazed at just how big the pod really is. I turned off the light and was void of all sight and sound causing me to drif off. The hour long session felt like it was only 10 minutes and my aching muscles were no more. A quick stop at the oxygen bar for a post float recap and energy boost. All in all it was a fantastic experience and both my wife and I will be returning and becoming members.
