True REST Float Spa is offering the first Intensive Float Workshop starting Thursday, July 21st.

ONLY 2 SPOTS REMAINING

This will include 9 HOURS in the Float Pod over 3 days.

We are hoping to begin Thursday July 21st. Details are as follows;

Date: July 21th to July 23rd

Day 1: Thursday July 21st - Starting 6pm for group discussion and videos. Floating from 7pm to 10pm (3 hours of Floating per day). We would then share with the group for 30 minutes after the float.
Day 2: Friday July 22nd - Starting at 6:30 and Floating from 7pm to 10pm
Day 3: Saturday July 23rd - Starting at 2pm and Floating from 2:30pm to 5:30pm. Discussion afterwards.
Price: $199* (This is the price for brand ambassadors and members. This price will likely increase after the first workshop)

Content: This is not recommended for the faint of heart. This workshop will test your patience, willpower and ability to stay calm. There will be a point you want to get out, but the purpose of the workshop is to get past this mental “block” and STAY PUT!!! The group environment is meant to talk through any sticking points you may experience during the workshop. A workshop guide will also be given, similar to a dream journal, to track your experiences and Float progress. Expect to go DEEP and be prepared for some fantastic experiences during this workshop.

Possible Goals: This workshop is exploratory and each person’s goals will be different. We will give basic methods for relaxation and provide guidance after each Session. Expect to get into very deep states of relaxation, experience better sleep quality during the workshop, less stress, and massive pain relief. We cannot guarantee any specific states and you should not come to the workshop with too much intent. Come ready to LET GO of all pre-conceived conceptions of what can happen or what is possible. RELAX and have FUN in this unique environment that most humans have yet to experience.

We anticipate spots for this workshop will go quickly. On Thursday July 21st we will meet at 6pm and watch a few videos on Flotation, discuss with the group and go through the workbook. Each following day we will meet for 30 minutes prior to the 3 hour Float session.

The fee is $199* and includes the workshop book journal.

*You will be charged upon confirming the workshop. If you need to cancel for any reason whatsoever,  we can give refunds no later than July 18th. Due to limited availability there will be no refunds past July 18th. Once the workshop has begun there will be no refunds for getting out during the Float session, missing a day or arriving late. All sales for the True REST Intensive Float are final… no exceptions!
